1 chopped onion
1/2 lb. sliced sausage
Frozen spinach
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 eggs

Simmer onion and sausage together, then add frozen mashed spinach. Mix cheeses and eggs in a bowl.

Place mixture in pie shell and cover with pie shell. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
