SPINACH PIE 
1 lb. mild Italian sausage, bulk
1 lb. hot Italian sausage, bulk
2 lbs. chopped frozen spinach
2 lg. eggs
2 lbs. shredded Muenster cheese
2 (9 inch) deep dish pie crusts
1 pkg. crescent rolls
Salt & pepper

Fry sausage. When sausage is done, add frozen spinach and cook slow, stirring occasionally until spinach defrosted. Drain well. Mix cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Add sausage mixture. Divide mixture between pie crusts. Cut crescent rolls into strips and lattice top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
