T.'S STEWED CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
6 slices bacon, diced & cooked crisp
1/2 onion, sliced
1 med. can tomatoes, diced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Pepper & celery salt
1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth

Drain bacon. Saute onion in bacon drippings. Combine all ingredients except cabbage. Cook until well heated. Add cabbage and cook slowly, stirring, until cabbage is barely limp but still crunchy. Serves 6-8 people.
