BREAKFAST FRENCH HAM & EGGS 
Bread
Diced ham
Shredded cheese
6 eggs, beaten

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer bread on bottom, alternate the following on top of bread: ham, cheese and eggs. Repeat layers. Make this the day before and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes uncovered. Add any other ingredients you like.
