CHOCOLATE CHIP COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix above ingredients and set aside.

BATTER:

1/4 lb. butter, softened (can use butter)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour (can put a little whole wheat flour)

Cream butter. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla. Add flour last and beat until mixture is smooth. Sprinkle 1/3 topping mixture into bottom of well greased 10 inch tube pan. Add half of the batter mixture and then sprinkle more topping. Repeat, adding topping last. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until cake tests done. Can freeze.
