SOUTH SEAS CHICKEN 
Bake chicken, skinned for 1 1/4 hours at 300 degrees, basting with soy sauce. Bone. 8 ounces per recipe.

1 medium green pepper, chunked into bite size
10 oz. fresh pineapple, diced
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. dehyrated onion
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. pineapple extract
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener

Combine all ingredients in frying pan. Gently simmer until pepper is done. Add more water is necessary. Serves 2.
