SOUR CREAM APPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
1/2 c. softened butter
2 eggs
2 c. peeled, diced apples
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add milk, butter and 2 eggs. Beat until smooth. Stir in apples and pour into greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Blend sour cream and 2 eggs. Spread over batter. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 16 servings.
