2 sq. chocolate
1/2 c. butter or shortening
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and shortening over low heat. Remove and add remaining ingredients in their order, after it has cooled. Bake for about 2 minutes in the waffle iron. Frost with chocolate icing.
