Marinate 1 pint whole berries in 1/3 cup of orange liqueur for about 15 minutes. Puree half the berries. Whip 1/2 cup heavy cream with 2 tablespoons sugar. Fold in puree. Spoon over whole berries. Makes 2 to 3 servings. I usually double this.
