TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 cans tuna (water-packed), drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Place a layer of chow mein noodles on the bottom of a 1 quart casserole dish. Spread the drained tuna on top of the noodles, then spread the cream of mushroom soup (condensed) on top of the tuna. Top with the remaining noodles.

Place in preheated oven (350 degrees) and cook for 30 minutes.

OR: Microwave on High for 5 minutes. (Be sure to use a microwave safe casserole dish.) Serve hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
