SEAFOOD BISQUE 
1 (4 oz.) can crab
1 (4 oz.) can lobster
1 (4 oz.) can shrimp
1 sm. onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt
4 c. milk

Drain seafoods reserving liquids. Saute onion in butter in a 2 quart saucepan. Stir in flour and seasonings. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add milk gradually, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute constantly stirring. Cut seafood in small pieces then stir into liquid. Add reserved liquid and heat through. Makes 4 servings.
