GRANOLA 
7 1/2 c. Quaker oat flakes
1 c. brown sugar or honey
1 c. bran or wheat germ
1 c. coconut (optional)
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. vanilla in 3/4 c. water

Mix all together on cookie sheet or large cake pan.

Bake at 225 or 250 degrees for 1/2 hour.

After baking add:

1/2 c. each your choice: walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins, dates, etc.

Note: Store in covered container in refrigerator. Good as a snack or as a cereal with milk.
