EGGS PORTUGAL 
8 slices white bread
3/4 lb. favorite cheese
2 lb. pork sausage, prepared
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tbsp. mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mushrooms

Put bread in dish; top with cheese and sausage. Mix egg, milk, and mustard. Pour over casserole. Mix soup and mushrooms and pour over mixture. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
