POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cubed, cold, boiled potatoes
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. French dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs

Place potatoes and onion in bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix lightly with French dressing. Chill an hour or two. Toss lightly with mayonnaise. Carefully blend in eggs. Mix in a little minced pimiento and parsley for color. Garnish with paprika. Serves 6.
