HAM AND CHEESE BALL 
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
1/2 c. pitted chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Have cheese at room temperature. In small bowl, beat together cheeses until blended. Beat in ham; stir in olives and chill. Shape and roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
