1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant)
1 chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook pudding per directions and add dry cake mix. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. May be served with ice cream or Cool Whip.
