3 1/2 oz. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
1 box chocolate cake mix
6 oz. bag chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preheat to 350 degrees. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Stir into dry cake mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch oblong pan. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips on top. Lightly press down. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
