GREEK PASTA SALAD | |
1 lb. rigatoni 2 med. tomatoes 3/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled 1/2 c. Caesar dressing 1/4 c. green pepper, sliced 1 can black olives 1/2 head lettuce Cook rigatoni according to package; drain. In a large bowl, mix the pasta, sliced tomatoes, Feta cheese, and olives. Then add peppers. Pour in dressing and chill - the longer the better. About 1/2 hour before serving, break up lettuce and mix well. If too dry, add more dressing. |
