GRANDMA'S SCALLOPED POTATOES 
8 lg. Irish potatoes
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) carton of sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Green onion tops

Boil potatoes with skins. Refrigerate. Grate potatoes and mix with butter. Add soups, sour cream and one cup grated cheese. Add green onion tops and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
