GOLDEN CRUMB BROCCOLI 
1 1/2 lb. broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. shredded American cheese
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. crushed round cheese crackers

Cook broccoli as usual. Drain. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, cheese, pimento, and lemon juice. Pour over broccoli. Top with crushed crackers. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.

One of our favorites. Sometimes we pour it over a baked potato.
