SALMON DIP 
1 can red salmon (7 3/4 oz.)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients and serve either chilled or warm with assorted breadsticks or crackers.
