LEMON CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. plain flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 uncooked pie shell

Mix sugar, flour and meal. Add to beaten eggs. Add milk, butter, lemon juice and rind. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
