DISHPAN COOKIES 
Cream together:

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla or 4 tsp. if you like more vanilla waste
2 c. oil
4 eggs

Sift together:

4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Add:

1 1/2 c. quick oats (stir)
4 c. corn flakes (fold in)
1 c. pecans (pieces)
1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips

OPTIONAL:

1 c. coconut
1 c. dates
1 c. raisins
1 c. chunky peanut butter

All the above can be added together.

Place 3/4 teaspoon on greased cookie sheet and bake 6 to 10 minutes each at 350 degrees. They will be chewy if under baked. This recipe makes 6 dozen cookies.
