VEGETABLE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. chili sauce
2 tsp. snipped chives
1 tsp. grated onions

Mix and chill. Dip raw cauliflower flowerets, celery and carrot sticks. Make anytime up to 1/2 hour before serving.
