HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 3/4 c. Crisco oil 4 eggs 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, including juice Place all ingredients in bowl and beat until well blended. Bake in 9 x 13 inch cake pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until done. Cool 1 hour. FROSTING: 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (keep juice) 1 lg. pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) bowl Cool Whip Combine pudding and pineapple and fold in Cool Whip. Before frosting, pour 3/4 cup pineapple juice over cooled cake. |
