EASY BAKE FISH 
4 individual frozen fish fillets
Squeeze butter
8 tbsp. Potato Buds
4 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Paprika
Pam spray

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Lay fish fillets about 2" apart, squeeze butter on top of each fillet (two lengths of each fillet). Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Potato Buds over each fillet. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese over each fillet (or to taste). Sprinkle each fillete with paprika for color. Bake 20 minutes or until fork tender.

(Alternative: instead of Parmesan and paprika, use lemon pepper sprinkled on top of Potato Buds.
