SLOPPY JOE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. liquid from corn or water
10 oz. can biscuits
2 tbsp. milk
1/3 c. cornmeal
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 env. sloppy joe mix

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, corn, water and seasoning mix. Heat until bubbly. Reduce heat and simmer while preparing crust. Separate biscuits and flatten slightly. Dip in milk, then cornmeal. Arrange 7 around dish and 3 in the middle of ungreased 10" pie dish.

Press and form crust. Sprinkle crust with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Spoon on hot mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 20 minutes and then cool 5 minutes before serving.
