MEATBALL SANDWICHES 
1/2 lb. ground turkey
Dash of garlic powder (optional)
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. red or green pepper, chopped (optional)
1/8 c. water
Low calorie hot dog buns
1/2 can low sodium condensed tomato soup

Combine turkey, pepper, onion, red or green pepper and garlic powder, if desired. Form into 1-inch meatballs. Spray 6 to 8 inch non-stick skillet with nonfat spray and brown meatballs over medium heat until done through. Pour off fat.

Combine soup and water and pour over meatballs. Simmer about 5 minutes or until soup bubbles. Serve in toasted hot dog buns, topping with soup. Serves 2.
