1 sm. (4 serving) box chocolate pudding mix (cooked style, not instant)
2 c. milk
1 box chocolate cake mix (without pudding)
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Combine pudding mix and milk in a 2 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until pudding thickens, about 5 minutes. Add cake mix and blend until no longer lumpy. Pour into greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
