TORTILLA PINWHEELS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (4 oz.) green chilies, drained & chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 pkg. dried beef, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
Garlic powder to taste

Mix and spread on 5 (10") flour tortillas. Roll tightly. Chill 2 hours. Slice. Serve with picante sauce.
