BANANA - NUT SPICE CAKE 
6 very ripe bananas
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. seedless raisins
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mash bananas; pour vegetable oil over bananas and let stand while mixing cake. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in banana mixture and mix well. Add dry ingredients, which have been combined. Stir in raisins and pecans; mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture into 3 greased loaf pans and bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
