1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 1/2 c. sugar

Combine the two and mix well. 3 c. plain flour 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. buttermilk 2 ripe bananas, mashed 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans 1 c. coconut

Combine the above ingredients with the oil-sugar mixture and beat well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until well done.
