BUTTERSCOTCH, CHOCOLATE OR LEMON
DELIGHT
 
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. self-rising flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix butter, pecans and flour. Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes and cool.

Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and half of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled nuts and flour mixture. Mix together instant pudding and milk. Pour over cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
