CHOCOLATE OR LEMON DELIGHT 
1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. nuts
3 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. chocolate or lemon instant pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix flour, butter and nuts. Press in a 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Cream 8 ounce cream cheese and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Add 3 cups milk to 2 packages instant pudding. Beat until thick. Spread on cheese layer. Spread rest of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with a few chopped nuts. (Add lemon twist for lemon delight.) (Add chocolate curls for chocolate delight.)
