OATMEAL-CARAMEL SQUARES 
Crust:

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Spread evenly in the pan with a spatula or by hand. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Cool.

Caramel Chocolate Topping:

32 caramels
5 tbsp. milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Melt caramels in the milk. Pour over crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle chips over top of caramel.
