TRUE FUDGE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
4 eggs
1 c. flour

Combine butter, sugar and syrup until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time. Gradually add flour. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Cool for 5 minutes and spread over cool brownies.
