SKILLET BAKED BROWNIES 
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. (packed) brown sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped and floured

Melt chocolate. Cool. Add eggs and brown sugar. Beat 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in preheated, greased electric skillet at 280 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn onto wax paper. Frost with Fudge Frosting.

FUDGE FROSTING:

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk
2 rounded tbsp. butter

Cook sugar, cocoa and milk in heavy pan until a spoon leaves a path when drawn across bottom of pan. Add butter (cool). Beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Makes 24 servings.
