VERY EASY CINNAMON ROLLS
5 1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 pkg. yeast (quick rise is best)
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 c. flour
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Dissolve yeast in water for about 3 minutes. Add 1 cup flour, 3 eggs, cake mix, oil and salt. Beat with beater until bubbles appear. Then add 3 1/4 cups flour very slowly. If too sticky, add more flour. Stir with a spoon and make a soft dough. Knead on floured surface for at least 5 minutes. Let rise in warm place until double.

Roll out approximately 1/4 inch thick. Spread with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Add chopped nuts and raisins, if desired. Roll up as jelly roll and stretch. Cut and place on greased pan. Allow to rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar icing while hot.
