This sounds like a simple thing and it is but the flavors meld so wonderfully! 1 jar tomatoes (canned at home is best) toasted bread butter salt and pepper, to taste Heat tomatoes in saucepan. Butter toast to taste (the more butter the better it tastes). Add warmed tomatoes to toast using a slotted spoon. Add a lil' liquid if you like it. Season with salt and pepper and eat right away!
