VEAL SCALOPPINE 
1 lb. veal for stew
3 red peppers
1 lb. onions
1 can button mushrooms
1 can Del Monte sauce

Cut the veal a little larger than cubes. Cut the onions in slices. Simmer the veal and onions together until they are soft. Take the cover off and let cook slowly. Slice the pepper and fry them in a separate pan. When cooked put them in with the veal and onions. Add the can of Del Monte sauce. Take the button mushrooms, rinse them in cold water and add them into the veal, onions and peppers. Cook slowly without cover, about 1/2 hour.
