3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. olive oil

Combine ingredients and add meat. Cover and marinate 3 hours in refrigerator. Turn meat occasionally.
