SMOKY SAUSAGE SKILLET 
12 oz. Polish sausage (Kielbasa), cut in cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
2 c. water
1/3 c. bottled barbecue sauce
1 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. pimentos (optional)

Saute sausage, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in skillet until tender. Drain fat. Stir in water, barbecue sauce and macaroni, bring to a boil. Cover, lower heat and simmer about 15 minutes or until macaroni is done. A little extra barbecue sauce and water may be added, if needed. Stir in cheese and pimentos. Heat until cheese is melted.
