CREAMED SPINACH 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Salt & pepper
Half & half cream

Cook spinach according to directions on package; drain. Place in pan. Add butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper. With portable beater, slowly add cream until desired consistency. Adjust to taste.
