2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 can cream mushroom soup
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. nutmeg

Slightly cook spinach. Mix soup and cream cheese. (Use soup directly from can, do not add liquid.) Mix with drained spinach. Add nutmeg and bring to boil. Serve.
