SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage, sliced
salt
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. of cubed Velveeta cheese
3 tbsp. flour
Bread crumbs

Cook cabbage in salted water. Mix next 5 ingredients for sauce. Cook until thick, on low heat stirring often. Pour over cabbage in casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
