EASY SAUCE FOR APPETIZERS 
Equal part Bar-B-Q sauce and grape jelly. 1 cup of each will cover 3 pounds Kielbasi pieces. Heat sauce to melt jelly and blend.

Meatballs: To 2 pounds ground meat, mix in 1 cup preferred crumbs and 3 eggs. Brown and add to above sauce. Makes 50 balls. May be used for miniature franks, too.

Add 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes to give it a little "zing"! Really makes a difference.
