CROCK POT BAR-B-Q BEEF 
2 lbs. beef, cubed (inexpensive cuts work well)
2 lg. onions, peeled & sliced
1 bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1-2 tsp. cornstarch

Place all ingredients (except cornstarch) into crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Thicken sauce with cornstarch.
