BAR - B - QUE BEEF OR PORK FOR
SANDWICHES
 
4 lb. roast of beef or pork
16 oz. can tomato sauce
14 oz. bottle ketchup
1 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery

Cook meat for 5 hours at 250 to 300 degrees. Shred with fork, add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 hours more.
