CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. Wheat Flour
3/4 c. Corn Meal
4 tsp. Baking Powder
2/3 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 large Egg
1/2 c. Melted Butter
1 c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, lightly beaten egg and vanilla to the melted butter. Add the liquid to dry ingredients and put into greased pan.

Bake at 400°F for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
