GOULASH 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni (2 c. dry)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni as directed; drain. Brown beef, onion, and celery in skillet. Pour off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.

Combine meat mixture with macaroni and pour into 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
